1. Shipping Within Pakistan

We currently offer delivery across Pakistan.

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout. Please make sure your name, phone number, and complete delivery address are accurate.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Major cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other areas: 3–7 business days
  • Remote areas: Delivery may take additional time depending on the courier service and location.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of weather, public holidays, courier delays, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors outside our control.

2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after they are successfully placed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipping or tracking information where available.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, Aved may offer promotional shipping options, including free shipping on selected orders or during special promotions. Any applicable offer will be clearly displayed on our website.

4. Cash on Delivery

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for your order, payment must be made to the courier at the time of delivery.

Customers are requested to provide an active phone number and remain available to receive their order.

Repeated refusal or failure to accept COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

5. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, Aved may provide tracking information after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for the courier's tracking system to update after dispatch.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

If the parcel is returned to Aved because it could not be delivered, please contact us so we can assist you with the next steps.

7. Delayed Deliveries

Although we work with our delivery partners to provide reliable service, delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

  • Unexpected courier delays

Aved cannot guarantee delivery on an exact date unless a specific delivery service has been expressly offered and confirmed.

8. Damaged Packages

We carefully package our products before dispatch.

If your package appears visibly damaged when it arrives, please take photographs or a video of the package before opening it and contact Aved as soon as possible.

If the product inside has been damaged during transit, please contact us with your order details and supporting photographs/videos so we can review the issue and assist you.

9. Missing or Lost Orders

If your order appears to be lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact Aved with your order number.

We will work with the relevant courier service to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate next step.

10. International Shipping

At this time, shipping availability may be limited to selected locations.

If international shipping becomes available, applicable shipping charges, delivery times, customs duties, taxes, and other import charges will be communicated where applicable.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
